Estimates, prepares and assigns resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
Controls, and implements electrical systems and products.
Manages engineering projects and deliver them on time.
Ensures that installation and operations conform to standards and Construction requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings.
Supports project on-site execution and make decisions to support projects.
Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by discipline team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction company .
Ability to design, identify and specify a wide range of electrical equipment.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.
