Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety and health supervisor on construction sites.

- In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations and standards.

- Certificate in occupational safety and health or related field.

Responsibilities

-Conduct regular inspection programs and internal safety audits and submit reports to management to take corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

-Ensure that organizational activities comply with applicable health and safety regulations that ensure safety on sites.

-Verify that no errors or accidents occur on site and report them.

-Monitor and evaluate the actual implementation of safety and health procedures on the construction site.

-Ensure the safety of machinery and equipment used on site.

-Periodic and continuous inspection of workplaces and report any matter that may pose a risk.

-Ensure that employees and contractors adhere to occupational safety and health guidelines.

-Verify the safety of scaffolding and its installation on sites and exclude unsound ones.

-Ensure the implementation of preventive measures and issue permits indicating that the work is safe.

-Place signs and posters to exercise caution and pay attention to risks and accidents.

-Prepare a weekly report and follow up on procedures after the injury or risk occurs.
